To listen from your computer:
Click on the link you want to listen to. A new window will open and start playing the podcast from there.

Uploading to your iPod or mp3 player:
Mac users
Hold down “ctrl” and click on the podcast you want to listen to. Select “Download linked file”. Save to your desktop. Drag and drop the podcast into your designated iTunes playlist, and sync your iPod.

PC users
Right click on the podcast you want to listen to, and select “save link as” (Firefox) or “save target as” (Internet Explorer). Save to your desktop. Drag and drop the podcast file to your mp3 program and sync with your mp3 player.
